[Students are expected to attend virtual class sessions and participate in online activities during the scheduled evening class times.] Students will learn about the various types of clinical evidence, how clinical evidence is obtained and used and the broad requirements for clinical evidence. Students will learn the basic fundamentals of reimbursement, coding, coverage and payment. Students will gain an understanding on how these concepts impact the regulatory process and apply these fundamentals to strategic thinking through real-world case studies and examination of current healthcare issues.
