A physical activity course that will cover planned, structured and repetitive instruction to improve or maintain one or more components of physical fitness. These activity courses are also designed to improve proficiency in a selected physical activity. Students will learn basic skills, strategy and rules of the activity. Students will also learn how physical fitness can contribute to personal lifelong health and wellness through assessment, monitoring and discipline. There will be a written test(s) along with proficiency test(s) depending on the type of physical activity.
