This is a fully online section of ACCT 215. This format allows for convenience, flexibility, a comfortable learning environment, and offers a range of student resources. All materials, communication, assignments, and exams will be completed entirely online. Lectures are delivered through recorded videos that explain course topics and provide guided problem examples. In addition, an electronic textbook supplements the lectures for additional clarification and discussion boards are used to facilitate student interaction and conversation. This course is well organized with scheduled assignments and appropriate testing windows to provide an effective curriculum. Although there are specific exam dates and assignment deadlines to keep students on track, there is opportunity to work ahead on assignments within the exam modules. This course is designed to give students an understanding of how accounting and business information is used in planning, budgeting, decision-making, and performance evaluation. Prerequisite: ACCT 210 Note: Students who receive credit for ACCT 215 may not receive credit for ACCT 200
