This course will examine federal labor laws regulating labor -management relations, chiefly the National Labor Relations Act. Students will explore problems in regulating industrial conflicts such as strikes, picketing, boycotts and unfair labor practices. They will learn about collective bar- gaining, collective agreements, dispute arbitration, protection of individual and minority rights and regulation of internal union affairs.
